    Delicious!
    1 29 oz. can of peaches, drained or use frozen
    1 & 1/2 cups self rising flour
    3/4 cups sugar
    2 t. cinnamon
    1 large egg
    1 cup whole milk
    1 stick butter (no substitute)

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

    Mix cinnamon & all but 1 t. of the sugar together & mix well.
    Cut butter into flour, plus the one t. sugar.
    Pat lightly in the pie plate.
    Place drained peaches in pan over mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture over peaches.Bake for 30 minutes.
    Mix the egg and 1 cup of milk together well. Pour over the peach mixture.
    Bake another 30 minutes.
    Let set for about 20 minutes.
    May be served warm or cold.
