    Quick Peach Cobbler

    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    1 large can peaches with syrup
    1 c. of all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk

    In a 12 baking dish, melt the margarine. Pour peaches over the margarine. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk either by hand or electric mixer until well blended. Pour this mixture over the peaches and bake at 350 F (175 C) for 30 -40 minutes or until crust turns golden brown. Let cool about 10 mins. before serving.

    This is just about how I make mine! I dont add the sugar and drain peaches...and always use butter and pet milk...YUM!!!
