    Chocolate Mousse

    1 c Chocolate chunks or chips , use good chocolate
    1 c Heavy cream
    1 Egg
    1 t. Vanilla
    Whipped cream

    Place chocolate, egg, and flavoring in a blender blend well.
    Heat cream on med low heat until small bubbles appear at the edge of pan. DO NOT BOIL.
    With the machine running, pour in the hot cream. Blend well until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
    Pour into dessert dishes and cover with plastic wrap. Chill thoroughly.

    Serve with whipped cream

    NOTE: These take minutes to prepare and of course they did not last long.
