Peanut Butter Chocolate fudge
I am having a sugar need today need it want it .
Combine in a large bowl:
1 jar of peanut butter
6 cups powdered sugar
1 cup brown sugar
MIX EXTREMELY WELL!!!
then add: 2 sticks melted margarine, 1 tsp vanilla
stir, stir stir, stir some more
add more powdered sugar until mixture is no longer wet-looking.
smoosh into a well buttered pan (about 9x11x2 or 10x13x2)
in another bowl, melt together 5 tbsp margarine and 1 bag of
chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed - it will look shiny,
but not separated.
Spread on top of peanut butter mixture and refridgerate or freeze
until firm.
