My sister gave me this recipe and I tried it today and it's fantastic.

1 8 oz container of fat free sour cream
1 box of vanilla fat free, sugar free instant pudding
1 small can of pineapple in its own juice
1 fat free graham cracker crust

Mix the sour cream, vanilla pudding and pineapple with juice together. Pour into crust. Refrigerate. This tastes like a creamy, rich cheesecake. It's delicious. Don't know where the recipe came from, but it's a keeper
