Fudgiana Sticks
2 bananas
2 cups coarsely chopped milk chocolate
1 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
Cut the bananas in half crosswise. Insert a wooden stick into the cut end of each banana half. Wrap banana in foil and place in freezer until frozen. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over simmering water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Place the chopped nuts on a sheet of wax paper. Dip the frozen bananas into the melted chocolate and just as the chocolate is beginning to set but is still slightly soft, roll the bananas in the nuts. serve immediately or rewrap in foil and return to the freezer till ready to use.
