I made this today for my students. It was great!
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks margarine (melted)
Mix and pat into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for about 15 mins. or until lightly brown. Cool completely. (I cooked the night before.)
1 large container Cool Whip
1 red. fat box of cream cheese
Mix together well and spread on top of first layer.
Mix 2 boxes of pudding mix per directions on box. Spread on top of Cool Whip/cream cheese layer. I used chocolate. (For another variation you could use vanilla, or butterscotch and top with toffee bits or butterfinger candy.)
Crush a pkg. of Oreo cookies and put on top. Refrigerate at least 30 mins.
