These make a great addition to the breakfast meeting, or Easter morning coffee
3 squares semi sweet baking chocolate
10-12 heavy duty Plastic tea spoons
1 square of white chocolate, melted
MICROWAVE the semi-sweet chocolate in a one cup measuring cup on medium, 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
DIP each spoon into the chocolate, covering the bowl of the spoon completely. Let excess chocolate drip off. Place on a wax-paper lined tray.
LET stand in a cool, dry place 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Drizzle back & forth with melted white chocolate. Let stand until white chocolate is set.Wrap the spoons in plastic wrap, and store in a cool dry place. DO NOT refrigerate. Makes 10-12 spoons. You can use gold, clear, white, and tie little thin ribbon around just at the top of the spoon bowl.Use whatever color scheme you like. Serve with coffee for a nice treat! This is also a nice conversation piece.
