    Banana Cream Pie

1 8oz package of cream cheese ( softened)
2 boxes of banana cream instant pudding ( can use any other instant flavor you like)
    2& 3/4 cups of milk
    1 pt of heavy cream
    1 fully baked pie shell
    sliced bananas ( optional)

In a bowl beat the cream cheese for a minute or two on medium speed until creamy. Add the 2 and 3/4 cups of milk and the two boxes of instant pudding to the cream cheese. Beat for another 2 minutes or until mixture thickens. Set aside. In another clean dry bowl pour in the heavy cream and beat on high speed until whipped ( I usually go about three minutes but it depends, try not to whip once I wound up with butter lol). Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. Pour this mixture into baked pie shell and garnish top with banana slices if desired. Chill until ready to eat. This makes a big pie.

I make this for just about every holiday. It is a very rich full pie. Definitely not a good one to have if you are watching calories! I have tried banana instant pudding, Vanilla instant and pistachio. They all have come out wonderful but my personal favorite is the banana.
