From my GF's mom in Florida, many moons ago:

Amy Anne's Key Lime Pie

1 14 oz can sweetened condenced milk
1 egg yolk
Key lime juice to taste (I use 1/2 cup)

Blend to mix. Pour into butter flavoured graham crax crust, bake 10-14 min @350.

Yep, this little number'll take the back of your head off!!!
****I have made this using tangerine juice as well, just reduce the juice by about 1/2. Enjoy, Laura
(Edtied to say: Juice several tangerines, then reduce on stove top for thicker, and more punched up flavor. MMMMMMM)
