When my friend, Shannon, gave me this recipe I couldn't believe that you use dry cake mix, but it turned out wonderfully delicious. Excellent when heated up and served with ice cream.
Peach Cobbler
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cans peach pie filling
1 pkg. SOUR CREAM white cake mix (has to be sour cream)
1/2 cup melted butter
Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread pie filling over brown sugar. Sprinkle cake mix (dry) over pie filling. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
