Pudding Dessert

Mix together :
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Spread in a 9x13" dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together :
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

Fold in 1/2 cup cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Combine :
2 small pkgs. instant pudding ( any flavor )
3 cups cold milk
Mix and beat 4 minutes. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Spread on cool whip and refrigerate.
