1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
3 ounces lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
Crust:
combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 TBsp sugar & butter. Press into pan. Bake in a 350 F oven for about 8 minutes, cool.
Filling:
Dissolve jello in the water, let set up until slightly thick. Meanwhile cream sugar & cream cheese. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well, fold into jello. Pour into crust. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Top with cherry pie filling, or strawberries. Filling:
