    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 can Peaches -- (29 oz.) drained
    1 cube butter
    1 C. flour
    1 C. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 C. milk


    Heat peaches just till hot.

    Put butter in 9x13" pan & set in oven to melt.

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & milk together until smooth. Pour dough into baking dish on top of melted butter.

    Pour hot fruit onto of dough. Do not stir.

    Put in 375 F oven. Cook for 45-50 minutes.
