1 onion -- chopped
1/2 pound fresh mushroom -- sliced
1 cup swiss cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup ham -- chopped
3/4 cup light cream
4 egg -- beaten
1/2 teaspoon mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
Line 8-9" pie pan with pastry. Saute onions add to pie dish along with mushrooms, swiss cheese & ham. Warm up cream. Mix eggs, salt, mustard & cream. Pour over filling to top rim of shell. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Extra cheese can be sprinkled over the top after 30 minutes. Knife should come out clean when baked.
