6 large green peppers
2 Tablespoons onion -- chopped
2 cups rice (I use more) -- cooked
1 can mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 tablespoon garlic salt
1 15 ounce tomato sauce
3/4 cup motzerella cheese -- shredded

Cut top off pepper, clean out green peppers. Cook in boiling water to cover. Cook for 5 minutes.

Cook ground beef & onions in skillet, (drain), stir in rice, salt, garlic salt & 1 C. tomato sauce,
heat through.

Stuff each pepper, stand up right in baking dish & pour remaining sauce over peppers.

Cover dish, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, then uncover & bake 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese,
cook until cheese is melted .
