    Fred's Restaurant Crab Cakes

    1 lb. back fin or lump crab meat unpasturized if possible.
    2 slices decrusted ordinary white bread cut in small cubes
    1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 tsp. dry mustard powder
    a little salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    dash red pepper sauce
    dash Worcestershire sauce

    Mix the above ingredients but do not mix any more than necessary. In another bowl mix about 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 egg, dash of red pepper sauce and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended. Mix mayonnaise mixture into crab mixture very gently. Form into crab cake size balls and either fry or broil.
