    Chicken in Lemon and Wine


    4 – 6 Chicken cutlets
    Italian Bread crumbs
    12 oz. Mushrooms
    1 – 2 tsp. butter
    Italian seasoning
    ˝ cup lemon juice
    1 cup white wine
    Garlic Clove
    Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper


    Pound chicken cutlets, dip in egg, then in Italian bread crumbs.
    Coat bottom of deep frying pan with olive oil.
    Sauté breaded chicken in oil until light brown and set aside in baking dish.
    Wipe out frying pan with paper towel.

    Cut up mushrooms and sauté in 1 – 2 tsp. of butter melted in bottom of same frying pan. Add crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper (light on the salt), Italian seasoning. Add lemon juice and wine. Heat up, but don’t boil.

    Pour mushroom mixture over chicken and bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Thank you, I just copied this one... it looks very good
    People are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to pick on rich women than biker gangs.

      I can't believe it. I made this recipe for years and lost it. The only thing I did differently is marinate the chicken breasts in sour cream. I am so so Happy. Thank You
