    Pork Butts and Potatoes

    sliced pork butts
    onions
    garlic
    potatoes
    pepper
    seasoned salt
    oil

Wash sliced pork butts and cut in pieces. Season with seasoned salt and pepper on both sides. Fry in oil until browned a little on both sides. Place in high sided casserole dish. Cut onions and garlic and add to the same frying pan that you fried the butts in. Add some water and season with seasoned salt and pepper. Peel potatoes, wash and slice round wise. Place potatoes over meat and pour onions and garlic over potatoes. Make sure liquid covers all. Season top with seasoned salt and pepper and cover. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Check liquid to make sure it covers all, and add more water if necessary. Adjust seasonings. Cover and bake in 275 degree oven for 2 hours. Serve with a favorite vegetable.
