1 can ( 5 biscuits) Pillsbury grands buttermilk biscuits ( or puff cups)
1 pkg. 9oz frozen COOKED chicken breast, thawed, cut into cubes or slices ( I use rotisserie broiled chicken from store deli, much easier)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 can chicken broth ( I use the fat free kind)
1 1/4 cup MILK
1 cup frozen green peas
1 4oz can of mushroom or mushroom pieced
1 2 oz jar pimientos, chopped, drained
1/4 teaspoon & pepper, each

Bake biscuits as directed on can. ( I use puff cups sometimes and fill them with the mixture)
Melt butter in saucepan over medium low heat. Add flour, stir until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and , stir until thickened and bubbly. Add chicken and all other ingredients, mix well. Simmer 5 minutes until heated through. Split warm biscuits place bottom biscuit on serving plate, spoon hot chicken mixture over biscuit, place top biscuit over mixture.
