Tutto Mare from Zia's on The Hill

"The Hill" is the famous Italian section in St. Louis Missouri.

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup frozen salad shrimp
3 Tablespoons canned chopped clams, drained
4 ounces crab meat
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
8 ounces linguine, cooked al dente and drained
grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
Lemon wedges

Melt butter in a large skillet, add mushrooms, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, garlic, shrimp, clams and crabmeat. Cook over medium high heat until seafood is heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Add heavy cream, bring to a full boil. Add linguine, return to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand until slightly thickened. Place in hot pasta bowl,, top with Parmesan cheese, garnish with parsley and lemon.
