Chicken Cordon Blu
4 Chicken Breasts, sliced in half and pounded thin.
1 egg beaten with 1/4 c. water
1 cup Ritz Crackers smashed up....mixed with 1 t. black pepper, 1 t. salt, 1 t. garlic powder.
salami
swiss cheese slices
mustard
1/2 c. white wine
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 T. Worchestire sauce
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breasts. Spread mustard on them and layer cheese and salami or ham in them.
roll them up, secure with toothpicks.
Roll them in egg and then crushed bread crumbs.
I fry them in a little butter to get them brown and then put them in a baking dish. Mix soup, worcheshire sauce, milk, pepper, and wine. Pour over them and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes covered, and 15 min. uncovered until golden. Enjoy!!!
