Chicken Divon
4 large chicken breasts
2 boxes of frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonaise
2 cans chicken broth or broth from boiled chicken
8 ounces cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
Boil chicken until tender and dice to bite size pieces. Save broth to use with soup mixture. Cook broccoli and drain well. Line deep dish with cooked broccoli and chicken. Mix together. Mix canned soup, lemon juice, mayonaise, and broth together well in a bowl and pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of cooked rice.
