    THE Best Beef Stroganoff

    1-1/2 sirloin steak
    1 onion
    2 cans beef consume
    1 can beef broth
    2 small cans mushrooms
    8 oz sour cream

    Cut steak into thin strips. Dredge in seasoned flour (I use garlic salt and onion powder). Chop onion, sauté the steak and onions until they are tender and slightly browned. Add mushrooms and soups. Simmer for one (1) hour, covered. Add the sour cream and stir until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles. YUMMMMMMMY!!!!

    You may have to add more flour to get it thick. I take a ¼ cup or so of the broth and let it cool, add flour. Stir until smooth and add it back to the pot. You may have to play with the recipe to get it as thick/thin as you like.
