Crockpot Pork Chops
1 cup flour
sprinkle garlic power (or garlic salt)
2 tsp. dry hot powdered mustard
salt & pepper
6 or 8 pork chops
1 large can (largest one they have) Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz water
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Wash your pork chops and then pat dry on a paper towel. Dredge your pork chops in the flour mixture. Put some oil in a pan and brown the pork chops on each side. Put the pork chops in a crockpot.
In another pan, heat the large can of chicken soup with about 8 oz of water. Once it’s heated, pour over your pork chops.
Cook on HIGH for about one hour and then turn to LOW setting for another 8-9 hours.
You can serve some mashed potatoes and a veggie with this. Pork Chops are so tender and the flavoring is outta this world!!!!
