    French Dip

    3 - 4 lb roast
    2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
    French Rolls

    Put roast in crockpot, add mustard and onion soup mix. Set crockpot on high for 5 -6 hours. Shred beef or carve. Serve on French rolls. Skim fat off aus jus and dip sandwiches. Delicious!
