Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 lb. bulk pork sausage -- cooked & drained
1 1/2 C. fresh sliced mushrooms
8 med. green onions -- sliced
2 med. tomatoes -- chopped
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 C. Bisquick original baking mix
1 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
12 eggs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13X9X2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and cheese in dish.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese.
Bake uncovered about 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
