    Zesty Meatball Sandwiches
    Makes 4 servings

    * 1 jar (16 ounces) spicy thick and chunky salsa
    * 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
    * 1 teaspoon chili or chipotle chili powder
    * 1 pound ground beef chuck
    * 1 egg
    * 1/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs
    * 1/4 cup minced onion
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    * 4 (6-inch) sourdough rolls, split

    1. Combine salsa, tomato sauce and chili powder in medium bowl. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Form into 16 (about 1-1/2-inches) meatballs.

    2. Cook meatballs in large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until brown. Add salsa mixture; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center. Place 4 meatballs in each roll; top with salsa mixture.
