This is my very first post. Hope all you vegetarians enjoy this. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes, corn, green beans and rolls.
Fryless meatballs
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 cups finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup hi-ho or ritz cracker crumbs
1 medium onion, finely diced
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
Mix all together and form into 2 inch meatballs
Combine 2 tbsp. canola oil, 1 can tomato soup, and 1 can mushroom soup in a casserole dish. Put meatballs on top and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
