7 Up Pork Chops
6 pork chops
1 package onion soup mix
1 (12 oz.) can 7 Up
Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Pour 7 Up over pork chops and sprinkle with soup mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chops are tender. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top.
When I made this, I added sliced potatoes on top of the soup mix, and another can of 7 Up, and sprinkled another envelope of onion soup mix on top of the potatoes. Then covered it. It came out really good. The pork chops were so tender that they fell off of the bones. I opened a can of peas to serve on the side and my meal was complete.
