    Baked Ziti

    1 (16 oz.) package ziti
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 egg (slightly beaten)
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup parsley flakes
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 large jars spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
1 (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a large pot, prepare ziti as directed. Drain and set aside. In same large pot over medium high heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pot from heat. Stir in ricotta, and the next five ingredients and 1 large jar of the spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Add cooked ziti and toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into a large baking pan; pour the other large jar of spaghetti sauce evenly over ziti mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot a bubbly.

I used 2 large jars (2lb. 13 oz.) of the chunky garden style Ragu, tomato, garlic and onion flavor. My family loved it, but my daughter suggested to next time add some mushrooms too. I think that would even be better because we love mushrooms in our house. I also used fresh parsley instead of the flakes.
