    Scalloped Chicken Casserole

    1-5 lb. chicken, cooked, and cut into slices or dice it all
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    3/4 cup flour

    Blend and add 1 1/2 quarts chicken broth and add 4 beaten eggs. Add to this: 1 diced onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1 T. sage, 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Butter casserole dish and add 6 to 8 cups bread cut into pieces. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
