This is one that my manager taught me..it is soo GOOD!:
6-8 Pork Chops (she said she used a mixture of pork chops and country style ribs last time and was really good.)
1 large bag frozen corn/lima bean mixture
Cracker meal
Dip chops in cracker meal. Fry in a little oil til the sides are lightly brown. Lightly butter sides and bottom of crockpot. Layer 3-4 chops then corn/lima beans til all layers are complete. Take the drippings from the pan you fried you chops and pour over layers. Take 2 TBSP. of butter and dot over top also. Cook on low til chops are tender.
*I am sure you could you any veggie combo mixture.
Happy Cooking!!
