Instructions
crush the cornflakes to make 1 cup. Combine cornflakes w/ pepper and salt. beat egg whites and water. sprinkle each fish fillet w/ flour . Dip fish in egg mixture, then in cornflake mixture. Bake on baking sheet -coated w/ nonstick cooking spray- Bake at 425 degrees
