these are delicious - I hope you enjoy them
Meat Samosa
1 Lb. Ground beef (cook thoroughly and drain off any liquid) take off heat and add
1 Tsp. Each – ginger and garlic (powdered or crushed fresh)
1 Tbsp Green chilies – chopped fine (jalapeno are great) more or less depending on your tolerance
1 Tsp. Garam masala (available in bulk stores or west Indian markets)
Juice from one lemon
Salt as needed
Cool mixture and add:
1/4 C finely chopped green onion
Wrap mixture by the teaspoonful in spring roll wrappers (follow package directions for sealing wrappers)
Fry one and taste test. If not enough spice, add more of any of the above and keep doing this till you get the right mixture. Cook the rest and enjoy

2 white potatoes diced
1 sweet potato diced
1/2 C frozen peas & carrots cooked
1 Tsp. Each – ginger and garlic (powdered or crushed fresh)
