    Chicken Taco Filling
    Serves: 8
    (1/4 Cup)
    Calories: 79

    ~2 WW Points~
    1 Packet (4 Tablespoons) Taco Seasoning
    1 Cup Chicken Broth
    1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
    Dissolve taco seasoning into chicken broth.
    Place chicken breasts in crockpot and pour chicken broth/taco seasoning mix together on top.
    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. With 2 forks, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    Use in soft tacos, hard tacos, burritos, tostadas, taco salads, nachos, etc. To freeze, place shredded meat into freezer bags with juices. Press out all air and seal. I usually double this recipe so I have extra to freeze.
    Add points for the taco shells.

    ***The Chicken Taco Filling was also good served on a "flat-out" bread with some Spanish (yellow Vigo) rice, the chicken taco filling and a small amount of cheese...roll it up and OMG was it ever soooooo good!!!
