This is from a co-workder of mine - it tastes great. The recipie is kind of a spin off from the standard cheesy hashbrown casserole.
Sausage Hash Brown Bake
1 1/2lbs Pork Sausage
1 pkg of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 Cups)
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 8oz. Sour Cream
1 8oz. French Onion Dip
1 C. Chopped Onions
1 Large Bag Hash Browns
Cook Sausage and drain.
Combine 1 ¾ cup cheese and the next 5 ingredients together.
Spread ½ of the hash brown mixture in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan.
Top with Sausage then the rest of the hash brown mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Take cover off and bake for another 15 minutes.
