Chicken Fajita Nachos

Tortilla Chips (I like Tostito's Santa Fe rounds)
refried beans (use right from the can)
1 Pk. ready-to-eat chicken fajitas
1/2 onion (sliced then sauteed in a little butter till tender and slightly browned)
Pepper Jack Cheese (grate it)
Pickled jalapeno pepper slices

Top tortilla chips with refried beans, then chicken, then onion, then pepper cheese, then pepper slices. Microwave till hot and bubbly. Serve.

If you think you'll need something to go with these, I've made them and served Zatarain's Spanish Rice with them. It was very good.

PS. I add a can of Rotel to Zatarains instead of plain diced tomatoes.
