    This is really good,especially with good salsa.

    CHICKEN RELLENOS

    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 canned whole green chiles,halved
    4 oz pepperjack cheese,cut crosswise into 16 slices
    1/2 c.all purpose flour
    1 lg egg,beaten
    1 Tbsp milk
    1 1/4 c.soft bread crumbs(homemade if possible)
    vegetable oil
    salsa

    Place each chicken in between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.Flatten to 1/4 inch thick.Sprinkle with salt. Place a green chile half and 4 slices of cheese in center of each piece of chicken;roll up lengthwise tucking edges inside.Secure roll with toothpicks. Dredge chicken in flour.Combine egg and milk; dip chicken in egg mixture.Roll in breadcrumbs.Fry chicken in 2 inches of hot oil in a deep skillet 10 minutes or until golden brown,turning once.Drain on paper towels.Serve immediately with salsa.

    NOTE:I didn't think my chicken was done after 10 minutes of frying,so I put it in the oven until I thought it was done in the middle.
