Grandma's SOS


1 pkg of cooked beef slices
baon or sausage grease
flour
salt & pepper
milk

Add 3-4 tablespoons of grease to skillet and get hot, add enough flour to make a gravy paste and cook until good and browned. Add enough milk to make a fair amount of gravy and cook unitl thickened.

Shred sliced beef and place in the gravy cooking 5-10 minutes longer. Salt & pepper to taste.


Sorry about the lack of measurements on this one grandma didn't use exact amounts on this one.
