hAMBURGERS & GRAVY
1 pd hamburger
1 onion,diced
season salt & pepper
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 can beef broth
flour
Place hamburger in a bowl and add diced onions,and season salt and pepper to taste.
Shape into patties and cook in frying pan until no pinkness remains in center, remove from pan.
Add flour to brown bits in pan and cook until flour is good and brown, add beef broth ( may have to add some water if not enough gravy), add hamburger patties back to pan and cook an additional 15 minutes.
