APPLE-GLAZED PORK CHOPS
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 center cut pork chops
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
apple slices (optional)
Combine teriyaki sauce and lemon juice in a baking dish. Arrange pork chops in dish turning to coat. Cover and marinate in fridge for 8 hours turning meat once.
Remove from fridge and let stand about 30 minutes, then cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes; drain drippings from pan.
Combine applesauce and marmalade; stir well. Spoon a thin layer over each porkchop, bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes or until done.
Garnish with apple slices on top if desired.
