My kids loved these when they were growing up..
STUFFED HOT DOGS
Split the hot dogs down the middle, but don't cut all the way through. Make up some instant mashed potatos (or left over potatos if you have them) and stuff the middle of the dogs. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at about 350 degrees or until everything is hot and the cheese melted.
