  • OMELET FILLING by Buckwheat

    You can add chicken livers, ham, bacon, sausage, chicken or whatever if you like to this recipe.

    1 & 1/4 cup of equal portions of FRESH chopped parsley, oregano, and basil
    1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    2 large cloves of fresh garlic, chopped fine
    1 T. olive oil
    1 t. red wine vinegar

    Cook the garlic lightly in the olive oil.
    Add the garlic & olive oil to the chopped herbs.
    Slowly stir in the cheese.
    Sprinkle the mixture with the red wine vinegar, then mix well.
    Set aside in a warm place for the omlets.

    NOTE:
    When you make the omelets you can add the mentioned meats if you like
    This recipe will make enought for 4 omelets with 2 eggs each. Make more if you like or need to.
    Or you can make one large omelet using a very large skillet.
