GARY SOLOMON'S Grilled Ham Steaks with Bourbon & Pineapple Sauce
2 lb. ham steak
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. Jim Beam Kentucky bourbon
Place ham steak in large bowl of water. Fill and rinse twice. Pat completely dry with paper towel. Brush with pineapple and bourbon mixture. Grill for 8 minutes. Flip and brush with sauce again. Grill for another 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
