Enchiladas (casserole style)
1-2 doz. corn torillas cut up
1 can enchilada sauce
cheddar cheese
green onions
sliced black olives
Toss around and saute cut up corn tortillas in oil.
Add enchilada sauce and toss. Place into a casserole dish, top with grated cheese, green onions and sliced olives.
Heat up in oven at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Fast and very yummy.
