Acapulco Platter:
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. taco sauce (I like hot)
1/2 head shredded lettuce
2 cups tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped black olives, optional-I use them
Mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread on bottom of platter. Layer on remaining ingredients. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Arrange taco chips or chips of your choice around edge before serving.
