This recipe is great on tortilla wraps with a little fresh salsa and cut into pinwheels. Sorry, I've had it for some time and can't remember where I originally obtained it.

Chicken Jalapeno Spread

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
2 tbsp minced jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp Tabasco

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Can be used as a hot dip by baking in a small crock or casserole dish at 375 for 20 minutes or great as a cold spread.
