No-Mess Omelette
Eggs, Cheese (grated), Bacon (cooked, chopped), Veggies (onion or others, chopped, cooked)
1 pint Freezer zip-top bags
In small zip-top bag, pour 1 or 2 eggs (no shell!). Add a TBS of cheese, bacon, onion, and whatever else you want. Seal bag and squish to mix well. Burp the air out and reseal carefully. Drop into pan of boiling water. Boil 3 minutes for one egg, and 4 minutes for two eggs. Open bag and roll omelette out onto plate!
