Rice Almond Sausage Casserole:

1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
1 small green pepper, chopped fine
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 lb. slivered almonds
2 cups cooked rice
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can water

Saute sausge, drain off grease. Add green pepper, onion, celery, almonds and rice, cook together 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; pour into 9x13" pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Makes 12 servings.
